Discussion:

Randy said Graham will work on User Guide update.

a. IBISCHK711 Executable Upload Progress – Bob updated the ibischk7 folder but
   still needs some items.
Bob showed the current view of the web page for ibischk7.1.1. The
executables that are now available are uploaded and available for download
from the links. The banner on the main page needs to be updated to 7.1.1.
b. Add Version Implemented to BUG List
In the ibischk summary web page, we want to change the bug CLOSED field to
show the version of ibischk that implemented the bug fix. The HTML is
created by scripts. The bug report files are difficult to parse and find
the implemented version. [AR] Randy will ask Steve Parker to update the
script to parse the version out of the bugdir.txt file or from the
individual bug report text files which have the FIXED VERSION field.
c. BUG227 – Root Name check
(action deferred until work starts on IBIS Version 7.2)
BIRD219 is associated with this bug to clarify the useage of root_name
   parameter.
d. Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI
   (ask Atul for advice)
Apparently, ibischk already checks for this. The problem is that the error
message is too vague. We should discuss this with Atul to see what level of
check into the executable model and reporting is appropriate and feasible.
e. Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) investigation
   (Security fixes continuation), (TSCHK2, BUG6)
f. TSCHK2 V2.02 BUG5 and BUG6
   (implementation on hold)
Bob moved to table items e and f. Weston seconded.
g. Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation)
Lance commented on models from Micron that add decoupling capacitor model.
Randy explained how and why Micron models represent the decoupling per DQ
output. Bob suggested to add "LEVEL 4" indicator to the new sections.
Weston updated the document during the meeting to add the {LEVEL 4} tags.
Bob also suggested writing S-parameter with hypen in all cases. Weston will
check the usage of hyphen in S-parameter in the IBIS specification and
   follow the format used there.

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
 - None

Bob moved to adjourn. Randy seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.
